Episode #92
Podcast: Play in new window | Download
Still on my NSA Conference high, I play the full version of my chat with Steve Kaufman about the NSA Nation and his first time attending the conference a few years ago. We also hear from a non-stuttering SLP’s first impressions of the conference.
This is an open-mic podcast. I encourage you to record some audio of yourself and email it to me at coolstutter@gmail.com.
I'll play it on my next episode!
This way, we all hear each other stutter and feel less alone with our speech impediment!

Loved it. Very much enjoyed what Jocelyn had to say, as a first time SLP to a self-help conference. I enjoyed Steven’s enthusiasm. His positive attitude is a good example of how to best manage stuttering. I don’t really care for his term “NSA Nation”, however, it makes us sound like baseball fans, like Red Sox Nation. I think the NSA is just fine with the name they go by!

August 12th, 2010 at 20:47Hey, whens the next episode.
You are slacking!! :)
Danny’s reply: I’m releasing a new episode every 2 weeks. Hang tight, the next one’s coming up in just 2 days and it’s about avoidance. I’ll have a returning guest following up from “something” last year.
August 19th, 2010 at 08:10Why every two weeks now? Your crazed fan base shouldn’t have to wait that long. Its not ketchup you know, where we rejoice in “An-ti-ci-pa-tion”.
August 20th, 2010 at 08:38Remember that commercial? I think that’s what you are trying to do, make us feel like your episodes are like ketchup, the anticipation is so good.
If your ketchup, then who is mustard? Not me! I am not a mustard fan. I rather like relish. I like things to be relished, like woemn telling a story, you just relish it.
