Stuttering acceptance by others

#65

Play

Today I talk about a few positive experiences when I stutter with confidence even though I may feel awkward about it inside. Particularly, how we can tell when the people we’re talking to accept our stuttering. We also hear from @stutterrockstar‘s thoughts on her stuttering increase right after I receive a timely phone call providing a glimpse in what I sound like on the phone- and speaking in Italian!

Speaking of Italian, I’ll be launching an Italian and French version of Stuttering is Cool in November. And speaking of November, don’t forget that Friday, November 13th is Stuttering Appreciation Day!
