Interview with a lawyer

Epsiode #85

Play

On this episode, I have a quick chat with lawyer, Michael Niven, who opened up his own successful law firm after being let go from his job because of his stuttering. We also chat a bit about his involvement in the stuttering community which started up CAPS, The Canadian Association for People Who Stutter which is now known as the Canadian Stuttering Association.

Great interview with Michael. I can relate, and I too was fired from a job due to stuttering. Good for him that he was able to move forward.
It appears that speech therapy really benefitted Michael, and he is now successful. Hopefully, he can help other people who stutter as need be.
