“If I didn’t stutter, I’d be able to (insert item here)”. Really? Continuing the theme from epic episode 100 about stuttering’s affect on self-esteem, today’s epic episode looks at it from the non-stutterer perspective. Meet my friends from the podcasting community, Mark Blevis, Andrea Ross and Bob Goyetche as we talk about how self-esteem affects people who don’t stutter. Even if they have all the confidence in the world. Really!
We will also hear from Glenn Schmelzle, Daryl Cognito and Tim Coyne sharing their fluenter stories.

Great episode, Daniele. It’s great to hear everyone’s thoughts on and experiences with varying levels of confidence. It’s something I don’t often think about myself so I thank you for the motivation to think about it and opportunity to be a part of your show.
OMG, Daniele. I am so honoured to have been part of such a powerful show.
Tim’s piece totally hit my core. If I can remember Tim’s fear and his amazing courage, it will help me be much kinder to myself.
Thank you so much for the beautiful, honest, supportive community you are building.
What a gift.
It was a pleasure to contribute to your show. Thanks so much for having me.
Also great to hear from the rest of your guests, many of whom I know and love.
Tim
ps. What do I do once I click on that ME ON TV link if I want to see your piece?
As a stutterer, I really enjoyed hearing some fluenters’ perspective. It very interesting to hear their thoughts on confidence. Thanks guys!
Finally got a chance to listen to this one. Great.
So helpful to hear what others think. I got a little of that experience myself last week when I faciliated a story event to fluents, some of whom had never heard a stutterer.
Great episode.
Oooops, I commented on what I heard before seeing Andrea . . I was totally in awe of what she said, and the many meaning.
I too love doing my podcast and writing my blog, but sometimes get really discouraged if I don’t get comments or feedback . . I have questioned, is anyone really getting something from this, how do I know if no one is telling me.
Now Andrea just reminded me, I do this for me . . it matters to me, thats why. What a strong, beautiful woman . . I want to come to a PAB conference.
Totally go to PAB! 🙂 It’s a great ideas conference with a lot of friendly, great people.
