Being one’s own worst critic, being a perfectionist, or simply being hard on oneself is a common trait among people regardless of speech impediment. While there is nothing at all wrong with aiming to do your best and being the best, there are stifling consequences that come with the negative thinking involved with being hard on yourself. On today’s episode, I talk about how we can make perfectionism work for ourselves.
I also play audio submitted by listener, Ari from Israel who shares his stuttering story and dealing with patience.
Thanks Dani!
