I was a guest on episode 145 of the Canadian Podcast Buffet last week and coincidentally, the topic of the talk of the week was ethics in eiditing. When you have to edit a long interview down to a shorter time, you have to be really careful in your editing that you’re not changing context. We chatted about editing out stuttering. Is it wrong to edit out stuttering?
This is an open-mic podcast. I encourage you to record some audio of yourself and email it to me at coolstutter@gmail.com.
I'll play it on my next episode!
This way, we all hear each other stutter and feel less alone with our speech impediment!

No. On the basis that if we are all telling people who stutter to accept that they stutter, society needs to learn to accept it to.
