Carly Simon on her stuttering

#34

Carly Simon recently wrote an article about her experiences of growing up stuttering. And what a vivid picture paints. As a fellow stutterer, I totally and completely related to everything she described. Some of those memories I didn’t need to revisit but then again, they shaped me into the person I am today. Stuttering or not, kids all have to go through those tough life moments in order to grow.

Carly Simon is one of the many artists who donated their time on the Listen: Songs Written by Children Who Stutter CD coming out on June 23.
